This role supports the Kenai Intentional Community (KIN) - an inclusive neighborhood designed specifically for people that choose our supports.
The Intensive Supports Resident Manager (ISRM) provides services to Hope support recipients through their leadership in one of the Assisted Living Homes in the neighborhood.
The ISRM is responsible for the overall supervision and management of their assigned home and the health and safety of the support recipients.
The ISRM provides and ensures the delivery of a wide range of services including but not limited to personal care, transportation, the teaching of life, social, and communication skills, and all other needed supports for social independence and community inclusion.
The position leads and supervises their assigned home's team of direct support employees to ensure accurate implementation and fulfillment of each recipient's Support Plan.
The ISRM communicates regularly and effectively with their staff and the Assisted Living Home Supervisor to ensure consistent service delivery and effective home management.
This role is supported by an Intensive Supports Assistant Resident Manager.
These two roles oversee the day to day needs of an Assisted Living Home with one (1) resident.
Daily shifts are 16 hours long with the expectation of staying overnight in the home while on shift.
Housing is provided while providing supports within the Assisted Living Home.
Schedule with the Assistant Resident Manager is based on either a week on, week off rotation or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation.
Education and Experience High School diploma or GED; and Two years of directly related experience; or Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
Associate's degree in Human Services, Health or Social Science, Special Education or other related field preferred.
Emphasis of study in developmental disabilities preferred.
One year of supervisory or administrative experience strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
