We're looking for a Director of Community Support Services to join our team in Kenai/Soldotna, Alaska.
Hope Community Resources, Inc.
is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska.
Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.
As our Director of Community Support Services, you will direct the suite of services our agency provides in the Kenai/Soldotna area.
Every day we'll rely on you to oversee the supports of over 70 families, direct caregiving services, and meet local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in supervision, program direction, and case management.
A selection of job duties include but are not limited to the following Lead and manage the activities of the Network Work through the Community Support Supervisors (CSS) for direct support staff supervision and directly supervise the Community Support Supervisors.
Ensures quality services are delivered in alignment with support recipients' Plan of Care and/or support plan.
Ensures compliance with all applicable Medicaid standards, regulations and guidelines, grants, and licensing.
Prepares network budget, monitors all monthly expenditures, approves purchase requests, and exercises cost control.
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field required.
Four years of supervisory experience in a social services field required; two years of which must include case management.
Experience in lieu of education may be accepted on a one for one basis in appropriate fields.
